What is a "Chef's Selection Dinner"?
Chef’s Selection is returning fine dining to the rehabilitation experience. Each month, Altoona Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides a Chef’s Selection Dinner which showcases gourmet cuisine from around the world. Our team is specially trained to create a meal each month that focuses on a specific region or theme. It is a gourmet meal that gives our residents the feel of a night out at a five-star restaurant. Some of the benefits the Chef’s Selection Dinner provides includes:
